Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you request an estimate or inspection we collect the name, phone number, email address, property address, and project details you choose to provide. We do not require any information beyond what is needed to contact you about your project.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to requests, schedule appointments and work, provide service updates, and send offers. Text messages require your explicit consent. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Sharing

Information may be shared with our crews, financing partners you choose to apply with, or your insurance carrier when you ask us to assist with a claim. This does not include text-message opt-in data or consent.

Text messaging privacy

You may opt in to texts about your request, appointments, estimates, service updates, and offers by checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on our contact form. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to submit a request. We record your explicit choice with the request. Submitting the form without checking the box is not SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. You can also email us at micah@legacyroofs.ai or text us at (501) 361-4242. Read our Terms and consent script.

Information protection

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and retain it as needed to handle your request, provide services, and meet legal obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing micah@legacyroofs.ai or text us at (501) 361-4242.
